Oceania transfers

First timer here and wondering if a person can purchase post cruise airport transfers onboard the ship or must they be done beforehand.

 

I will be on the Insignia and wondering where on the ship one would purchase beverage packages and is there a separate shore excursion desk.

Usually you have an option to purchase a post cruise transfer onboard when the ship gives you the form to let them know your departure plans.

Yes on the transfer 

 What port is disembarkation?

 Yes on shore excursions  but I would book ahead of time  as they are limited

 Yes on the beverage package  depending  on if you take the O Life package or not
