The free cruise went from 800

points to 1500 and the list is way smaller.  Its was 2400 before covid so we are rapidly going back there.

I've never booked a Casino Royale cruise this way.  We gets cards in the mail constantly for free offers.  I think I have 1465 tier credits and my husband has 1647, and we have two cabins booked on two cruises this summer from free offers.  We never got a "certificate," but we are always getting these offers.  Did you go to their offer website to see what you're eligible for?  https://clubroyaleoffers.com/

It actually went up to 2500 points for a complimentary interior, right before the Covid shutdown. Might have been done to avoid confusion over getting a free cruise versus obtaining your Prime tier level.

There’s always a confusion between rewards based solely on the on board play and achievement of the annual tier level.

We have way more then prime each.  Its all about options.  We also get a ton of other offers.  The point was that they are lowering offers,  and people like yourself might get squeezed out.
