Amsterdam-Schiphol Airport (AMS) Status Lately

Good morning.  A couple of years back, during the Covid pandemic, we had ended up a cruise in Amsterdam and when at the airport to fly home, it was utter chaos there.  Almost 4 hours just to get up to the ticket counter, changed and canceled flights, misinformation etc.  

My question is has anyone traveled from there (international) recently and found things have considerably toned down?  I've a 12pm flight on disembarkation day and am nervous this isn't allowing us enough time.

Definitely much better. I was there about five weeks ago flying AMS-LHR on BA and it seemed pretty normal to me. I will say my flight was around 7am, so a different time than yours.
