Hotel recos prior to meeting ship

Hi there - I’m in a group of folks that were stranded on a tarmac for hours and then missed a ship yesterday. We need to meet the ship in St  Thomas so will stay there the next 2 nights. Any recommendations for a reasonably priced but nice hotel to enjoy the island prior to starting our cruise? Thank you in advance.

Thank you everyone for your suggestions! We chose the Mafolie and are loving it! Stephen the owner was amazing and offered us a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite with a million dollar terrace view! Would highly recommend this place - feels like a hidden gem! Thanks again!
