4pup Posted March 24, 2023 #1 Share Posted March 24, 2023 I’m thinking of booking a SV on the Silhouette for a transatlantic cruise. My concern is there no shade at all? Has anyone brought a covering for some shade?
Rare Georgia_Peaches Posted March 24, 2023 #2 Share Posted March 24, 2023 What kind of shade covering do you mean? Personally, I would not book a room that didn't offer some sort of shade on the balcony...and I have a hard enough time getting all my clothes/shoes/toiletries packed...just seems like one more thing. Maybe others have some suggestions for shade.

Arizona Wildcat Posted March 25, 2023 #6 Share Posted March 25, 2023 Every balcony on Shilouette has partial shade unless it is late afternoon and you are sailing directly away from the sun. Lots of photos in the cabin listings.
