Getting Doc's From T.a.

Recommended Posts

Two weeks before I go on my cruise I had not received my Doc. I called the T.A and he told me he has had the DOC for two weeks and has not had time to mail them to me. He said he would put them in the mail in the next couple of days. Instead of waiting I went down and picked them up. What do you think of this T.A?

Shoot,, I have a document department which checks the docs for me and sends them out priority mail.. or in some cases Fed Ex.

I would never want docs hanging around the office.

There is always enough time to check them.. and send them out in a timely manner.

I think it's obvious yout T/A is overloaded with work. If you were really nice you would help them out by not booking through them anymore. Then they would have to to get everything together.
