Star vista music charters on Celebrity, suite and elite perks or not

We just completed our 5th star vista rock and romance cruise, there is really no elite perks for happy hour or laundry etc. Perks for suites depends on the suite , all suites have access to Luminae the suite restaurant and all can have free drinks in suite lounge which is open all day , also a light buffet in morning and snacks at night . Sky suite doesn’t get drink package for other bars , royal and penthouse get all perks , drink package, liquor setup etc , only perk we didn’t get was free pajamas.
