P&O Account Details

Hi

 

I'm having trouble with my P & O account. Trying to change the details to include my new email address and it throws an error message on the site but still sends me an email saying it was changed! Nothing got changed though 😞 

 

Anyone else had the same problem an resolved it?

Give the call center a buzz. They can update it. You then get sent an email asking you to confirm preferences.

 

Never worked out why it doesn’t always work, but you’re not the first!

I tend to find doing something else whilst on hold such as cooking dinner, cleaning, washing or work helps avoid lost time.

Trying to register my debit card to complete the boarding procedures, to print off our boarding passes, gets right to the end (takes my £1 ) and then there's a technical fault please try later.

So after 4 goes its still not working , really frustrating. 

Phoned P&O, first time they it must be the banks fault , (phoned the bank they confirmed £4 had been taken no problems there end) 

Phoned P&O again got a different advisor she said its a fault on the website , she said you can do all this at the check in at Southampton.

So if you are stuck behind me in the queue on 16 April, Arvia its not my fault. Crazy system .

Anyone else having similar issues?

It's been like that for years.

 

I was once told that it was because my booking reference was in the "old" format and it only worked on the "new" format!!!!!

Apparently it is something to do with which letters the reference starts with!

I had this problem twice but I logged out and back in and it worked fine . I am also on the Arvia on 16 April
