Trying to change the details to include my new email address and it throws an error message on the site but still sends me an email saying it was changed! molecrochip Posted March 26, 2023 #2 Share Posted March 26, 2023 (edited) Give the call center a buzz. They can update it. You then get sent an email asking you to confirm preferences. poppyfield Posted March 28, 2023 #7 Share Posted March 28, 2023 Trying to register my debit card to complete the boarding procedures, to print off our boarding passes, gets right to the end (takes my £1 ) and then there's a technical fault please try later. So after 4 goes its still not working , really frustrating. Phoned P&O, first time they it must be the banks fault , (phoned the bank they confirmed £4 had been taken no problems there end) Phoned P&O again got a different advisor she said its a fault on the website , she said you can do all this at the check in at Southampton. It's been like that for years. I was once told that it was because my booking reference was in the "old" format and it only worked on the "new" format!!!!!
