Booking entertainment

I've never been able to book the shows on my app before my cruise. I'm platinum level and 77 days out. Anyone else having this problem?

Entertainment bookings open for general cruisers 21 days prior to departure. 26 days for suites and top-tier Latitudes members. You're way too early to book.

which ship are you sailing on? not all ships require entertainment reservations

Can entertainment reservations be made for more than your own cabin, similar to dining reservations?

No, it's more like booking excursions (except it's free). It displays the people in your cabin and you check them off to reserve. Other people in your group have to make their own reservations from their own accounts.

 

It's all open seating, so if you want to sit together, meet at the theater 15-20 minutes early, find seats together, and have some drinks before the show starts.

Which ships require reservations for entertainment. Our June 2024 cruise will be our first with NCL.

This will be my 5th NCL cruise and it's the first time I have to reserve entertainment.

For Entertainment bookings that open 21 days prior to departure….does “check in”  need to be fully completed before you can book entertainment?

I don't know. But I would guess not because the people able to book 26 days in advance wouldn't be able to check in first.

I doubt it.  I was able to book 26 days in advance of my upcoming cruise (some latitudes levels get a head start).
