illinoisfive Posted March 26, 2023 #1 Share Posted March 26, 2023 does anyone know if room 10369 (interior) is larger than a regular interior room? on layout it looks to be larger but it is sideways? Anyone have experience with this room or similar?
CruizinSusan70 Posted March 27, 2023 #2 Share Posted March 27, 2023 (edited) Stayed in a sideways interior in the Havana area on the Horizon. The room might have been slightly larger, but what made it really nice is that the back of the bed was on the long wall instead of the side wall, giving you more room on either side of the bed to maneuver. There are videos on YouTube for both 5205 and 5208 on the Horizon. Edited March 27, 2023 by CruizinSusan70
Guest BasicSailor Posted March 27, 2023 #3 Share Posted March 27, 2023 Being in a few sideways cabins, I have to say smaller cabins (Not yet cruised on Celebration, older Celebration of course🙃). But as CS70 stated, I actually liked the bed facing forward when the ships in motion.
Old Fart Cruisers Posted March 27, 2023 #4 Share Posted March 27, 2023 (edited) According to Carnival’s site room 10369 is a 4E INTERIOR room. It’s 158 square feet, which is the same size (same square feet, but different shape) as other standard interior rooms Carnival Celebration (CB) Stateroom Descriptions - Deck 10 (goccl.com) 10369 Interior (4E) 158 square feet Beds: two twin beds (convert to king) View: no window Bathroom: shower, toilet, sink Features: flat-screen TV, telephone, 110 AC current, USB outlets, individual climate control, hair dryer, safe, non-stocked mini bar unit, 2-closets, desk and ottoman seat Edited March 27, 2023 by Old Fart Cruisers
DramaQueen22 Posted March 27, 2023 #5 Share Posted March 27, 2023 We had one of the sideways interiors in January. It feels very spacious! Only downside is the bathrooms are small.
illinoisfive Posted March 27, 2023 Author #6 Share Posted March 27, 2023 I see that is a category 4E, but on the ship diagram it looks as if it is slightly shorter than a standard inside, however it looks to be twice a wide. Very deceiving which is why I was wondering if anyone has seen that room or a similar room on Celebration.
