Try saving your "photo" as a file that can be read by normal office-type software. E.g., save as a pdf...

If its in a photo... try adding the photo to a word document, making it as big as you can.  Then print the document to a PDF.  They will be able to open that.

Of course, I'm assuming you have access to Word, or the google free version.  If not, not sure I was of much help.  🙂

I know the OBC is $250 for cruises of 14 days plus. Does anyone know if this applies to Alaskan cruise tours of the same duration? Or only to the cruise portion of the trip? Many thanks!
