Test Kitchen which menu?

Is it possible to find out which days will have menu A or B in Test Kitchen ahead of the cruise?  We are on the Valiant Lady April 16th for a 6 night.

Yes, but don't always believe what the shoreside people tell you.  What it WAS on our cruise was first half of the week A, then on Thursday (I think) it changed to B.  My suggestion....make a Test Kitchen reservation.  After you board, go to the restaurant and verify what will be served when.  If you didn't get the one you wanted, ask them to change your night..they can do it

If there is something you don't like on the regular menu, you can substitute the same course from the vegetarian menu.  The coconut chocolate desert it wonderful (we shared).  Personal choice--I wouldn't eat B again. I'd do A with a couple vege substitutions.

There’s a second veg menu to go with menu b.  Tomatoes with basil and Bloody Mary caviar, pumpkin barley risotto and I forget what else, but we’ve subbed in those 2 items into our menu b lineup!
