Do Princess still show your names outside your cabin?

They did together with the loyalty colour band in 2018 the last time we were on them but that was not ex Southampton

Good Morning from Malta

We arrived early this morning (about 1.30am) in order to beat some rough weather, impressed the Captain did that rather than miss this nice and first for us, port.

There are no officers parties at present.

Lecturers - We have had some presentations by David Russell on the second war relevant to the seas around us and Malta, these have been in the main theatre. No doubt there will be more in the coming days, this may well be a change over port.

No evening turndown unless you are in a suite. No chocolates, Still the french biscuits

Musicians playing in all venues on and off during the evening as before including a singer in the Ocean Grill and an opera singer in the Globe

I think afternoon tea is only in the Belvedere buffet.

Menus in the specialty restaurants are unchanged. MDR menus look to have a fair selection and Steaks and Chicken are nearly always an option.

Watched her come into Valletta

agreed captain diid well

ship was up to 21kt at times last night.

True, but that is no excuse for continual sewage and temperature issues.

Totally agree. Leaks from ceilings, bath waste leaking into the bathroom, soot form the funnel ruining your clothes. Freezing cold in venues, doors hanging off in the toilets... We would never get on that ship again.

If I was to highlight one thing( other than the cold every time we have been on her) it is the lack of alternative dining options in relation to all the other ships in the fleet

Really didn't find that a problem,we visited the Ocean Grill 3 times & Sindhu twice, the food & service was first class every time, the other nights we used the MDR or the Buffet,(one night we did have a BBQ out on deck),couldn't really complain.

No problem with those two , however I suspect after 99 nights it might become a little monotonous
