Sardinia (Alghero), Italy. Are there taxis when you tender into town ?

We are on Princess Sky and docking in Sardinia Alghero. We have to tender.  My question for those who have been there.

 

1. are there taxis waiting at  tender drop off and if so any idea of pricing.  
 

2. are there tours / excursions at pier of tender drop off,

 

suggestions of what to do, we are beach people and love to snorkel .
