speciality dining credit

Our travel agent is offering to sell us "specialty dining credits" at cost -- essentially $35 USD.

Does anyone know if these can be used anywhere on the ship, ie at any specialty dining venue?

When I look at our reservation on the Celebrity site the actual prices for the various venues are different and in some cases double for example for fine cut steakhouse.

Did you ask your TA to explain how they can be used, They could be dollar to dollar so they would not cover the cost of many of the specialty restaurants, they could be full coverage for a meal, only they would know overall
