Haugesund Excursions/what to do?

Recommended Posts

So I have read a lot of past post, and pretty much come up with there is not much to do. But I have found govikingadventure.com that has a few exursions.

My husband was wanting to do the hike in Pulpit Rock in Stavanger but our cruise is not their long enough. So found this company that does a hike to Himakana

, mini Trolltunga. Leaves from Haugesund and is 5 hrs., 1 hr. drive there and 1 hr. hike  up. So has anyone used this company or ever been to Himakana? Or did anyone do anything else great in Haugesund. Thanks Debbie

I had the same trouble with this port.   In the end, we did a ship's excursion "Ryvarden Lighthouse Walk" and it was an excellent day!   Really beautiful scenery during the hike, plus with the 30 minute drive out to the starting point for the hike.
