Embarkation Times

Are Hal strict about embarkation times? We have been assigned a later time and would like to get on around noon if possible. If we showed up early would we be turned away does anyone know? It’s an Alaska cruise. Does anyone know what embarkation usually starts? I am aware there are several priority boarding groups for various reasons but after that?

From your other post:

Or, if you look around over there, you will find this discussed frequently. You may show up any time, and in most cases, will be able to board sooner. Boarding usually starts between 11:30 and 12.

When are you sailing? The assigned boarding times can vary up to about 2 weeks out, when a bar code appears on your boarding pass, and your "official" boarding time is assigned. Again, not usually strictly followed.

Are suites assigned a time?

Everybody is assigned a time, but as has been oft-repeated, these times are not enforced.  If you are in a Neptune suite you'll get priority boarding. You can board as soon as boarding begins.
