If I put a deposit down on a Haven cabin, if I want to switch to a different sailing, can it be transferred or do I lose my deposit? "Shifting" to another sailing would be the same as just cancelling the current reservation and making a new one, sometimes you can call in and get someone to do that for you so you don't need to wait for refunds to process. ***Assuming a US customer here, other countries have different policies..
