Is it possible to claim Captains Club points from previous cruises?

My wife and I have sailed on 4 previous Celebrity cruises, and I don't think her Captains Club number has ever been attached to the reservation.

Is it possible to claim these from previous cruises?

If so, how?

Probably. First of all, check your cruise history and her cruise history on the My Celebrity page.   If she is missing some cruises, you may have to provide some documentation, like old sea pass cards or old booking information or old welcome aboard photos. Contact Captains Club and they will tell you how you should go about proving that she was on those cruises.

I was able to fix my MIL's missing points. I knew the sailing date and who was in the cabin with her. Somehow my MIL was listed with her middle name as her 1st name.
