Do children need a negative PCR prior to boarding in Barcelona

Can anyone confirm if my 5 year old grandson needs a negative PCR prior to boarding Dream in Barcelona. His age group have not had the vaccine in the UK but when travelling to Europe and Dubai recently he hasn't needed any testing. I hope someone who has travelled recently can let me know as I'm receiving conflicting information from my agent. Thank you

Ive received a response from Disney, PCR's are not needed
