How long after cruise do Mariner points update online?

We saw it take about a week after but today it's all reset to 0- another IT issue?

It is about a week from when the charges are posted. I qualify this because if you are on a b2b and have the on board account linked so that you don't pay until the end of the final cruise your points won't post until after the final segment when the charges are actually posted.

We disembarked 13 days ago, and it took about 5 days for our points to show up, which was just about the time we were home and unpacked and having coffee. I am always surprised how quickly they show up.

Thanks everyone.  I forgot about getting points based on spending, so that could delay them from immediately posting at end of voyage.  We just got off Saturday, so should be soon.
