Dublin: Don't buy red hop on/off ($25) at pier. Buy green hop on/off ($30) at info kiosk because...

Ncl: if the hop on/off excursion is sold out:

 

Green hop on/off bus comes to the info kiosk a block away and drives you into Dublin center.

 

For red, you have to take train ($5 roundtrip) into Dublin then take the hop on/off bus.

 

So basically same price and Green is much more convenient.
