Onboard Credit

Can I view my onboard credit for an upcoming cruise on the website or Navigator App? I just received confirmation of my shareholder benefit and want to make sure that it has been applied to my booking.

It will be consolidated with any other cruise line given Obcs and show on your Navigator App (only once you are aboard) with the words “Promo Credits-Not Valid for casino or cash.”

 

Of course we are talking about HAL so this might change tomorrow, be different on your ship, or change with the phases of the moon

You can also go to Guest Relations and ask.

Bring a paper print out of your OBC confirmation. I’ve never needed it but I’ve always had it to show if there was a glitch. 
 

If you booked directly with HAL you should be able to see credits on your confirmation. If your booked through a TA they can contact HAL for confit of your OBC being posted to your account.

If you booked directly with HAL, I believe you can find the OBC total under My Account once you've logged into the HAL website.  Just go to your booking, and click Make a Payment.  I think (unless it's changed again), the OBC should show on that page.  Unfortunately, because I booked my upcoming cruises with a TA, I am unable to see that page on the website so am unable to confirm that.
