Dry dock space is extremely limited real estate, and usually booked long in advance. But for the week you mentioned that’s missing from her schedule, that would be enough time to go to Freeport, get the needed 2023 inspection done and then get back to New Orleans. Oh, I guess that multi-million dollar investment is just sitting around waiting on a job. Let alone where she completed her last job prior to Glory needing her, so she doesn't have to waste time getting there.

Well, its two days to Freeport from NOLA at 18 knots. So, two days either way leaves only three days for dry dock, and it takes a minimum of half a day to get on and off the blocks, so you're down to two days of dry dock time, and a total "bottom survey" including all the machinery takes a minimum of 7-10 days, so no, it wouldn't work. Even with the Pride, Carnival did a revenue crossing. Perhaps the $100 casino cabins aren't paying off? Just off the TA Pride, casino was packed every night, couldn't walk around the craps table it had so many players. While peaking at peoples points noted many people had over 10,000, didn't hear many jackpots announced.... I think they did okay

Plenty of time to get to Florida even with a hurricane or two.
