It was more like drowning in the rising tide while buried neck deep in the sand. A message in a bottle would have worked faster. If I had paid out-of-pocket for this horrible service, I’d have demanded my money back or disputed the credit card charges as being provided a fraudulent service. Peace. Out. I already purchased my husband's upgrade bc he has to have decent internet for work, but I was hoping to avoid it for the rest of us as we don’t need to be on that much and it’s a shorter cruise.
