Equinox / April 24 - May 4, 2023. Worst. Internet access. Ever.

Download mbps was never above .7 (point 7).

I had the standard "Surf" category as part of the Always Included package. Surf? It was more like drowning in the rising tide while buried neck deep in the sand.  A message in a bottle would have worked faster.

If I had paid out-of-pocket for this horrible service, I’d have demanded my money back or disputed the credit card charges as being provided a fraudulent service.

Peace. Out.

Sorry to hear that.  It was pretty bad in September and I was hoping for better with starlink when we return in a few weeks.   I already purchased my husband's upgrade bc he has to have decent internet for work, but I was hoping to avoid it for the rest of us as we don’t need to be on that much and it’s a shorter cruise.

I was on this cruise. Could get emails, view some websites...but videos or sites that had heavy graphics/videos would not load.  (Example: msn.com). Could not stream Pandora music. But was able to connect and view real-time images from home Arlo security camera.
