Looking at this excursion for Nov on Princess. It looks like it is at Dolphinaires a short taxi ride from the pier in Cozumel. Has any one  done this one.

I haven’t done it so can’t comment directly but since you have no comments, I think you are right and it is held at Dolphinaris on the edge of town.
 

It sees to get good reviews. I think the Chef is Chef Luis who was the popular chef at Playa Mia cooking class although i have also seen a Chef Antonio in reviews.

I thought that name was familiar. We did the cooking class at Playa Mia while on Carnival Valor probably10 years ago. It was a great time.
