Waitlisted on Free Land Program 2024

There is a free land program on a March 2024 cruise we've booked. It is part of Oceania's Limited-Time Free Land Program offer.  However, best Oceania can do is put us on a Waitlist as appears they need to find additional hotel rooms. Has anyone experience in clearing the Waitlist for such a program and if so, how long did you wait?

I wouldn't worry about it.  When you get near the final payment date, people will be dropping out.

Thank you. Yes know many do not proceed but was curious if anyone had experience specifically with a Free Land Program Waitlist. Our TA did his best to inquire how many were on the Waitlist but no info was available but will be following-up on our behalf,
