Tipping in Mexico?

How much do we tip?  It has been *cough* decades since I've been to Mexico.  I foresee three tipping situations for our cruise.  

 

• Main one, which is why I put this in Costa Maya.   We are thinking of doing a private tour to the Chacchoben ruin with Native Choice for 5 people.   What is a good tipping range?   
• In Cozumel, taking a cab to Chank.   
• In Cozumel, at Cabana Beach we will likely eat well in the cabana.  What percentage would you tip for the food/beer?

For taxis on a short ride to Chank, $5 should work.  For a private tour $10 per person ($15-$20 if  really good tour and guide and driver are different people).

At beach clubs, we tip similar to what we do in Statesid, e 20%-25% of the final bill.
