Best side Taipei to Singapore through Philippines

Curious if anyone has done this and if so was there a side that was optimum? Looks like it kind of skirts the Philippines on both sides before heading to Vietnam. What's weird is that this isn't until 2025 and 1 whole side of the ship appears "unavailable".
