venice departure

There is no new terminal. You check in at the longstanding Marittima Cruise Terminal in Venice, just as when the ships docked there. The only change is that after depositing your luggage and checking in, you hop on a shuttle bus which takes you across the causeway to the mainland and into the industrial docks where you board your ship.

We are in Venice this week. Boarding tomorrow. Taking water taxi to cruise terminal in order to check in and get on the bus to the ship. One note is that once you are on the ship, you cannot just walk off as it is in an I dustrial port so make sure you do not feel the need to pick up anything nor explore after getting to the terminal.

Leaving on Quest from Venice in a couple of weeks.  Has anyone received a detailed address to check-in for the bus to the new mainland terminal?

I believe full details will be available via Seabourn website/source app 14 days before departure . That said we have arranged a transfer via Seabourn… isn’t that included for your booking too ?

Just boarded Quest yesterday from our stay in Venice. We took a water taxi from our hotel to the old cruise terminal. Approx 1 week prior to departure we received our check in time.
Check in was seamless in a basically empty terminal. It was a fairly good walk to the building from where we were dropped. After going through security we were taken to a bus. It took 30 minutes to arrive at the ship. Boarding was easy and quick. This is the only manner in which you can arrive at the ship.
