Witch Disney dream cruise would have an pirate night on them 7-Night Western Europe Cruise from Southampton in September 1-8 2024 or 7-Night Norwegian Fjords Cruise from Southampton on August 5-12 2024.

Very unlikely either will , best case case you get a frozen night (no fireworks)

They don’t have frozen night on Disney dream cruise ship only on Disney Magic cruise ship and Disney wonder cruise ship.

I wouldn’t say 100% no frozen nights on dream , this is their first time to Europe so I wouldn’t rule it out. Furthermore, the dream has only had a handful of cruises greater than 4 nights in its entire history , however for planning purposes I would plan on not
