I seen the rules of aquaduck on Disney dream cruise ship says loose articles such as sunglasses, cell phones and cameras are not permitted. So come I seen on YouTube use their camera or some guests ride the aquaduck mobile phone camera on aquaduck ride if the rules prohibit them from taking the camera and mobile phone on this ride especially that photo is taken by an camera on second dip.

Many of those pictures were taken prior to the restriction being posted.  Also, there are cameras that can be strapped on - those are permitted.
