I think of either going on 7-Night Western Europe Cruise from Southampton in September 1st to September 8th 2024 or on 7-Night Norwegian Fjords Cruise from Southampton on august 5th to August 12th 2024. Can passengers the booked  these cruises and staying in one of staterooms during the 7 night of either of these cruises get after get back  the ship anytime they want to would or  as guests they have get back on the ship on time the ship would disembark(e.g. if the cruise leaves Mekjarvik (Stavanger), Norway Port Summary at 4:00pm on August 7th 2024 passengers probably need board the bus witch take them to the destination be back on ship be 3:30pm)

I'm not clear on what you're asking.

Typically, on a port call, the aboard time at the end of the visit is about an hour before actual departure, but can vary.  If you are not onboard by then, the ship may leave without you.

There will be an announcement at the show the night before a port day saying what the all aboard time is.  And, usually, it's in the Navigator, as well as a sign where you actually leave the ship.
