Dinning Package

I reserved the 3 day dinning package for my Feb. 11th cruise on the Wonder ,my question is when do I pick the days and resturants 

 I want ?

When you get onboard.

yep you only select the time for the first or second night

If you are staying in a suite you can have the concierge do that for you about a week in advance of your cruise.  Otherwise, once you get on board got strait to any specialty restaurant and have them set up dining.  It is fast and easy and most people report getting any all of their requests without much problem.
