Best Luxury Beach Massage

I know placed like Krazy Lobster and others offer boardwalk massages.  Is there anywhere that offers a cabana or beach massage in an environment a little less chaotic than KL?

Not sure if any of the spa type places that used to give massages are open.  One of the best Spa Manos is closed,as is Costa Maya Wellness.  I think some ship excursions offer massages as part of various new agey, faux mayan expereiinces.
