Reallocate Cabins On A Group Booking

Hi All,

 

we have booked our first cruise on Azamara this October as a group of 6 in 3 cabins.  Due to availability we could only get 2 veranda and 1 ocean view (we wanted 3 Veranda). 
We booked through a travel agent(in the UK) and they allocated each couple to a cabin. Since then we have decided who goes in which cabin and we will need to swap 2 couples around. 
In people’s experience Is this something Azamara will happily do for us? 
I’m reluctant to go via travel agent as other tweaks to the package have come at a cost.

Usually only the T/A can access the booking. Does your TA charge you a fee for servicing a booking? If not then this is an easy change.

You could also contact the Hotel Director of the ship you will be on and explain the situation.

 

From past experience (not in a situation like yours) the Hotel Directors are usually very helpful as far as making things work to ensure cruisers are happy.
