Hi, I am sailing the Viva out of San Juan in Dec 🙂

Trying to set my expectations…..

-Can a regular balcony cabin purchase a spa pass?

-before boarding? When? (I’m Gold)

-Does this include all rooms… salt room, sauna , ice room etc…
Haven’t cruised since 2020 so I feel all out of sorts lol

Thanks

kerri

And does that include full access to all rooms?

how far in advance can I purchase?

thanks

Yes, full access to the Thermal Spa. I usually buy it soon after booking the cruise. It will be an option at NCL.COM or the NCL app.

This is from our upcoming cruise, we have a Haven Spa suite but it still gives the option to buy (I don't think it would let me actually pay for it).

I don't know if this helps you, but I bought a $299 Thermal Suite pass for a 7 day cruise on the Escape. (I have a Studio cabin.)

Essentially, I'll have 6 actual days to use the thermal area, since embarkation day is usually spent scrambling around, plus they might be doing tours.

Note that the pricing will depend on the expected demand for your sailing (ship, itinerary, dates). If NCL thinks that there will be high demand for the spa prices, they will be priced accordingly. The same is also true for Vibe passes or GSC cabanas, I believe.

Can I ask when you saw it come up as available to book?  Our cruise is 97 days out on the Viva and the NCL chat folks and phone folks are giving me different answers whenever I call to book the pass for the 8 days.  Thanks
