Doing a 2 night land and cruise tour in Waikiki. Any suggestions for a sunset dinner cruise?

Yes.

 

Don't do one, they are terrible.

 

Have a better meal on land at Orchids at Halekulani or Michel's at the Colony Surf.

 

Do a catamaran cruise off the beach in Waikiki with Na Hoku II.

This. They are god awful in Honolulu. 

 

Also agree with Scott's other suggestions.
