Tender ports in Ireland

I noticed that five ports require tendering in Ireland on the June 21 sailing from Belfast.  Does anyone have experience with this?  Any idea how long it takes?  Rough seas?

How long is dependent on specific ports and condition of the seas.  If the seas are too bad, the port is skipped.

What are the ports?

 Holyhead  seems to be missed  a lot

If the Irish sea  is bad forget about going ashore
