Michael Bayley is CEO for Royal Caribbean International (RCI)

Jason Liberty is CEO for Royal Caribbean Group (RCG) -- includes Celebrity and Silversea as well as RCI.

Michael and his staff at Corporate HQ are pretty responsive.  I've always had answers to my emails.  That being said, I email when it is an issue that can't be resolved elsewhere.
