Prima Overnights and Casino (Reykjavik / Akureyri)

Does anyone know whether the casino stays open during the overnights in Reykjavik (and Akureyri if Isafjordur gets canceled).  I know that the casino is typically closed when ships are in port (outside of rare exceptions like Bermuda), but we have an overnight at the end of our 11-day cruise and it seems weird that the casino would be closed on the last evening of a cruise.

Thank you if anyone knows!

Ha!  Definitely not a serious gambler over here, but the casino is usually the only place alive on the last day while they have typically had crew parties on past cruises.

With that being said, we are notorious for finding casino chips in our pockets/purse AFTER we get off the boat.  We will need to calendar our chip search two days before the end of the cruise if the casino is closed the last night.  😉
