Disney-Starlink?

Hi,

wondering if any current cruisers have noticed an improvement in Wi-Fi on DCL ships? Most likely cruising in late November and need reliable internet. TIA.

Which ship will you be on? Disney Wonder WIFI was pretty much unusable on our most recent trip in February.

We’ll be on the Fantasy at the end of November. The bad internet in February would not have been unexpected but many other lines have added Starlink since then. We were on a Princess Norway cruise for the past two weeks and the internet was wonderful.

Disney hasn't made any announcements, I don't think wifi is really a priority of theirs.

 

You will never have "reliable" internet at sea, even on a ship with Starlink. Starlink is the least bad, by far.

Disney doesn't even advertise the prices for wifi for you to preorder.

 

Love the wifi on the CCL Celebration. got speeds up to 138mbps. not too shabby.
