Printing Order Summary Work Around?

I really liked having a printout of the booking summary with all of the pre-cruise purchases listed in one place. With that gone, has anyone figured out a good way to print a list of the purchases?

I recently took a cruise on HAL.  I ended up having to cut a paste together a list of excursions, dates, cost, etc. using my PAINT application on my computer.  Then I printed it out. I also did something similar using WORD.  My TA sent me a print out of the booking, fees, OBC, etc.

It is really lame that Carnival hasn't fixed this yet. They said on Heald's page it would be back soon two months ago. The question is, why did they remove the most fundamental thing about the booking? It was a nice summary in easy to download/read/print format. I complained via email to guest services etc and no replies at all.
