Could someone please advise where Sky Princess docks in Stockholm? Is it the centre  or Nyasham?

Depends on the cruise. If Nyasham it will normally say Stockholm(Nyasham) on the  itinerary.

I lived there for three years (2010-2013).  It's one of the most magical cities I've ever experienced.  You will love it!  And don't believe what you hear about the Swedes being aloof--they are lovely and friendly, and they ALL speak perfect English.

Went there for 2 nights and most favorite experiences were the Swedish meatballs and went to the Nobel Prize Museum.
