Princess 24 sale-3/4 free Plus package (do they also get drinks package)?

When I price out the Plus For the new Princess 24 sale, with 3rd and 4th free in cabin, the 1st 2 have a Plus fare and the 3/4 are zero cost, except for taxes/port fees. Do they still get the Plus drinks package (and included gratuities)? Great deal if yes. Still happy if not.

Score 24 is non refundable. I think prices will drop before next year, so want to stay flexible.

Not true.  IDK why the T&C states that.  Non-ref if doing the entry level categories as GTY.  If you go up the ladder a bit and select a cabin, the deposit is refundable.  Promo codes N7S (Std), N7P (Plus, & NRS (Premier) have Refundable deposits.
