Sofa beds in CLS on Harmony comfy?

I'm crusing with my parents on a Harmony OTS in a CLS (our first ever suite!!) And I was wondering how comfy the sofa bed is. Would it be good enough to sleep in it for a week? What about the pillow menu? Does that apply to the sofa bed as well?

Our 23 year old granddaughter accompanied us on our Harmony Cruise.  We had a CLS.  You will love it!  The sofa bed was very large , seemed like a queen sized mattress.  She was very comfortable.  Had great pillows, you can request the type, and the bed was made into a couch in the morning and into a bed at night.  She had tons of storage, her own full bathroom and TV.  Although she was on her phone mostly!  You are in for a real treat.  The best location on the ship IMO.
