James A. Rodriguez is the President and CEO of Atlas Ocean Voyages. With more than 20 years of proven success in the cruise industry, James began his career with Crystal Cruises and subsequently joined Oceania Cruises in 2023 as a founding management team member. At Oceania, he served as Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing and help build the brand in the areas of omni-channel marketing, sales, revenue management, human resources, corporate communications, guests services, new product development, sustainability, and corporate philanthropy. At Atlas Ocean Voyages, James leads the brand development and growth of the company with a focus on delivering transformative expedition experiences to guests.
