Have been filling in details for our upcoming cruise. Keeps saying invalid phone number. Have put in the emergency phone no, what number do they actually want.

How are you formatting it? It accepted mine in the UK format, beginning with 0.

I think I had similar trouble. In the end I put some extra random numbers, since though I know the number to be correct, looking at the field logic in VB, numbers that short could not be accepted. Since it was Staysure I'm sure Cunard can work around it if something happened, it's not exactly an obscure outfit.

Thank you for your replies put in number minus the +44 and it accepted it. 😂

It would probably have accepted 0044.

Staysure Expat has a Spanish number that needs to start 0034.
